COUNTRY ROAD

Coming from a PrePress background I was used to dealing with high-quality retouching and fast turnarounds so slotting into a full time retouching role at Country Road wasn't a huge stretch. The volume, however, was a completely different animal.

 

Hundreds of Images every month for every range, Country Road women's wear alone would routinely consist of 500+ images of talent and hanger shots all needing retouching and colour correction and that was only one aspect of the job. 

 

There were EDM and catalogue retouching as well as scheduling, workload arrangement and working with the Photography and Graphics department on lighting, retouching and other requests. 

 

Safe to say it kept me busy.
